This website is an online library to support the work of the New Mexico Statewide ADR Commission.  Reseach is on-going to examine national, state, and local court-connected dispute resolution.  As useful source documents are located by researchers, the documents may be posted here.  This is a public website.  Anyone may download any document. 

Documents for posting should be forwarded to David Levin.  By submiting a document for posting, the person making the submission is certifying that all copyright requirements have been meet and that the posting of the document here is a permitted use.
